For a stay with only 2 guests, the price is reduced by €20 per night booked.

Prices are per night including VAT, and include Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen and beach/lounger towels. In winter (November – March), heating costs are also included.

Minimum stay 5 days.

In addition, the statutory 'Ecotasa' (Spanish tourist tax – €2.20 per person per night) is payable on site.

Further booking information

  • The minimum stay is 5 days in all seasons.​

  • The finca can accommodate a maximum of four adults.

  • Children are always very welcome.

  • We are happy to provide baby equipment for the little ones (cot, children's bed linen and high chair) free of charge – just let us know.

  • We kindly ask for your understanding that pets cannot be brought along.

  • Our house is non-smoking; smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the buildings.

  • A booking only becomes binding once you have returned the rental agreement we send you, signed, within one week – either as an email attachment or by post. The finca remains reserved for you during this week; after that it will be released for booking again.

  • Once the booking is binding, a deposit of €500 is due immediately. The balance must be transferred no later than 7 days before arrival or paid in cash on site. Unfortunately, payment by credit or debit card is not possible on site.

Cancellation terms

  • Up to 45 days before arrival: cancellations are charged at €500.​

  • From 44 days before arrival up to the day of arrival: cancellations are charged at 100% of the total booking price.​

  • In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking price will also be charged.​​

  • Subject to change and errors.​

  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!
